Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Pukar Designs By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you are engaging our services and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions, including any additional terms and conditions and policies referenced here and/or available via an embedded hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of site content Shipping costs are based on your Country/location. You will only be charged one postage charge regardless of the amount of items you purchase. All information on the order/checkout must be correctly and completely filled out before your order can be processed. Please allow 10 working days before dispatch. Within Europe, items should be with you 5 woking days AFTER dispatch. Rest of the world, 7 Working days AFTER dispatch. Delays in delivery after dispatch are due to the postal service provider. Pukar Designs reserves the right to CHANGE prices, descriptions, shipping charges and availability of any product on this site without prior notice. We have taken great care to present the products on our website as accurately as possible. However, the images you see will depend on your monitor’s display and colour capabilities and is only as accurate as the design process allows. We are therefore unable to guarantee that the product images you see are an accurate representation of the actual merchandise. Pukar Designs reserves the right to substitute materials to the ones specified on any listing if these products are not available. The substitute material will be of the same quality but possibly a different material brand. Products may vary slightly in colour over the images shown. Items are made and made to order. You warrant that you own the copyright or have the correct commercial print licences in place for all images and or artwork uploaded or otherwise submitted through any sales channel. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless us and our agents and officers, directors, employees and permitted successors and assigns, immediately on demand, against all claims, liability, damages, costs and expenses including legal fees, arising as a result of us printing or processing in any way any order or saved design which contains any images or artwork that you do not have the commercial rights, permissions or licences to print. The Buyer agrees that it shall not use the service offered by the us to infringe the intellectual property rights of others in any way. We reserve the right, with or without notice, to terminate forthwith any Order received from a Buyer who infringes (or who is alleged to have infringed) the copyrights or other intellectual property rights of any third party. Please allow 10 working days before dispatch. Within Europe, items should be with you 7 woking days AFTER dispatch. Rest of the world, 10 Working days AFTER dispatch. Delays in delivery after dispatch are due to the postal service provider or customs delays. You may receive the items quicker but if the items take longer this is down to your Local Postal Service and not Pukar Designs. Lost times, if an item is lost we will open case with our shipping provider but only after 28 days from day of dispatch. Only once this is resolved will we re send any order. Pukar Designs is a sole trader registered in Cyprus.
