These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of site content .You warrant that your own the copyright or have the correct commercial print licences in place for all images and or artwork uploaded or otherwise submitted through any sales channel. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless us and our agents and officers, directors, employees and permitted successors and assigns, immediately on demand, against all claims, liability, damages, costs and expenses including legal fees, arising as a result of us printing or processing in any way any order or saved design which contains any images or artwork that you do not have the commercial rights, permissions or licences to print. The Buyer agrees that it shall not use the service offered by the us to infringe the intellectual property rights of others in any way. We reserve the right, with or without notice, to terminate forthwith any Order received from a Buyer who infringes (or who is alleged to have infringed) the copyrights or other intellectual property rights of any third party.
